Default Changing Secondaries w/o going to Hero/Seekers

Put a "change secondary" menu in the Hero menu so PvE characters don't have to warp to the desert to change their secondaries. Not that big a deal but I thought it would be nice.

especially after giving us infinite attribute refunds, this is the next logical step.

It may be abused when in a PUG where someone advertises he is something like a "super tank W/Mo" but then switches to something else after joining a group, so perhaps this should be disabled if you join a party.

Then you may as well suggest disabling skill switching once in a party; and usually I would be only too happy for a W/Mo to change to something else .

Yah know, I am sure it may happen, but I can't see a huge abuse of it, often times you get into a group and find say healing lacking, and switching is a huge pain. Sure they can leave, but honestly, touting off as a W/Mo and then changing won't get you very far, especially if there is a message about changing the secondary for the party. Guessyou can just leave the group but ehh, can't see it happening.

But yeah, change without travel, very good.
